Your E's & your U's

"And studying history is starting to get a little disturbing because I always write Terkey instead of Turkey.
I need to know how to differentiate between E's and U's.
This scares me into thinking that I'm obsessed with my indecisively flighty friend.
And when I eat my Turkey Breast wraps from Subway, I tend to get a bit grossed out too."
